How you feel is a matter of your relationship. You didn't seem to have much of a relationship (I'm not criticizing you here) so to be untroubled by her passing is not wrong or particularly odd. I lost my last grandparent when I was twelve, and that was an occasion for tears, but I have gone to the funerals of relatives for whom I had no feeling of connectedness other than the fact that they happened to be related to me, and I can't say I felt particularly sad when they passed away.

Don't worry about it. It's how you feel. You don't have a responsibility to feel grief or anything else, to satisfy others, or to impress people with how badly you feel.
