It's actually not so bad. I have friends in Ireland that travel 2+ hours to every class. One way. People in UK just think travelling is so outrageous because everything is on their door step. Do you think Americans drop their daughters to dance class 10 minutes down the road? Not a chance.. More like 4 hour cross country!! So,show or another I think the "Bored" reader is possibly a TC that is terrified their dancers might get the same idea I have if they read this post. -- SCOTTISH IRISH DANCE FORUM

i actually laughed out loud at your biting nails comment. TC's dont bite their nails, some dancers come, some dancers go, natural progression after the World Championships. (NT) -- Don't drive far away for a bigger drama. the day after your transfer is in it's old news . 'Big' names in dancing have moved for years. I'm sure your TC wil be fine lol. Don't kid yourself it is a massive bruise to the ego and to have to sit with the tc taking the transfer at SRC meetings must kill them LOL (NT) -- This Lady is moving to escape the morons on the Regional Council. I am now seriously considering this also, there is no point just moving within Scotland. I will just avoid all local feis and put my money into Majors.
