• I read it and I disagree with you completely. First, the matter concluded with a Consent Order - meaning the parties settled, and it has NO effect on any other entity but the parties involved. Second, it is a Consent Order through the Federal Trade Commission of the US - which has NO jurisdiction over organizations outside the US. Third, that Consent Order, even if it DID apply, deals only with solicitation of skaters by other coaches.
