ADAGIO DANCE FLOOR
Is highly portable vinyl floor is excellent for situations where a permanent dance floor cannot be installed. Dance Floor is lightweight (less than 2 pounds per linear foot, 255 pounds per roll) and flexible, so it can be rolled and unrolled as needed. This makes the floor ideal for situations such as touring dance companies, and theatres without a permanent dance floor. The matte non-skid finish provides the control dancers
require. Dance Floor is reversible with black on one side and grey on the other.
The most critical factor in choosing a floor is how it feels to the people who will use it. Most dancers and teachers can determine this from a hand-held sample (available at no charge). A small sample can also provide a good idea of the qualities of the vinyl surface.
The flooring can be cut to any size and costs just £26 per linear meter.

Congratulations to the dancers from the David Smith School who competed at the World Championships last week in Belfast, 2 world medals came back to the school, giving the school 4 world medals over the past 3 years which is such an excellent achievement for such a young school. Well done to Amy, 13th place, Liam, 10th place and well done to Caitlin, Maura and Ciara who made it to the World stage and danced so well. Congratulations to you and congratulations to our hard working teacher David.

ADAGIO DANCE FLOOR
Is highly portable vinyl floor is excellent for situations where a permanent dance floor cannot be installed. Dance Floor is lightweight (less than 2 pounds per linear foot, 255 pounds per roll) and flexible, so it can be rolled and unrolled as needed. This makes the floor ideal for situations such as touring dance companies, and theatres without a permanent dance floor. The matte non-skid finish provides the control dancers

I would like to create a new section on www.IrishDancingDress.com to help dancers get the advice that they need, to design a dress that will sell easily afterwards. I have found that if a thought for resale is put in at the design stage, then it should sell quickly for the asking price when the time comes.
On thing I always advise people before they make their new dress is, be mindful of, will it be easy to sell when you need to? After many years of experience selling my daughters dresses I have learnt that making something too personal wont always get you the best price afterwards.
That is why I wish to start this “10 most popular dresses for resale” post every week. I hope it will be very useful for people to see what does sell and what people want to buy.

I am a mother of three girls and I know the high cost of dancing in competitions. I needed a cheap and easy way to sell my Irish dancing dress each year and found all the other websites too confusing. I could not find any website that specialised in selling dresses that was cost effective. So I did what all good people do in recessionary times, they build their own!
I aim to keep the cost of the listing to an absolute minimum so that it is accessible to everyone.

An 8 year old Irish Dancer from Ireland has danced her way to the Regional Finals of Britain Does Variety in Edinburgh. The little Irish Dancing Leprechaun will perform at The Churchhill Theatre Edinburgh on Sun 22nd April at 1.30pm where she will dance for a place in the Grand Final in London which will be broadcast on Sky TV. All Ireland 2012 Pix: The uploading of action and award photos of all competitions, solo and team shots, to the FeisPix website have now been completed. We will shortly add a folder of FeisPix Faces. Keep visiting back to see if you are among the customers we include in this folder.

Remember, if you choose to download an image you will automatically be sent a download link that enables you to save the image to your computer and to adjust it as you wish. But please bear in mind that our terms and conditions refer to personal use of images and do not permit publication in print or electronic media such as magazines or websites.
And now the bad news! Because of the increasing costs of maintaining our USA-based website, containing in excess of 130,000 Irish dancing images (probably the largest in the world), the cost of image download will increase to £5.00 (about US $7.50) from 30 March 2012…….s Sorry!

We are a Belfast based TV Production company, currently working on a documentary series on Irish Dance.
We are looking for dancers/dress-makers/parents/teachers etc who own very expensive Irish Dance dresses.
Do you or someone you know own an Irish Dance dress that when being made 'money was no object'? How much did it cost? Who made it? What was so unique about it?
Please get in touch if you are interested in appearing in the documentary series ASAP.

Hello!
I am delighted to announce that my debut Irish dance album, Féistastic, is now available from my website at www.tinajordanrees.com/shop
The CD consists of 20 tracks at various speeds for beginners through to championship dancers, making it an album that has lots for everyone to enjoy. My music is fun, lively and bouncy and really makes dancers want to dance.
The exciting track list includes traditional and contemporary Irish and Scottish tunes alongside many of my own compositions. As well as the required dances at beginner to intermediate speeds, there are 3 tracks of each championship speed dance; reels, slip jigs, heavy jigs and hornpipes. There is also a Funky Reels track, again at championship speed, which is ideal for practice, displays and presentations.

The Vanishing Lake (Loch an Rith Amach)
The Vanishing Lake, winning entrant of the Marie Duffy Foundation Excellence Award In Irish Dance Music Composition, will be added to the Official List of Set Dances (An Coimisiún le Rincí Gaelacha) on 1st June 2012. It is now available on
www.francisward.ie
at all speeds on CD, and as a digital download. There is also a free preview of the set dance on the website.
Francis will be at the All Ireland Irish Dance Championships and the CD will be launched there next week.
The tune will also be featured at the All Ireland Championships on Saturday in the Marie Duffy Foundation New Musical Composition – Performance of Choreography.

ADAGIO DANCE FLOOR
Is highly portable vinyl floor is excellent for situations where a permanent dance floor cannot be installed. Dance Floor is lightweight (less than 2 pounds per linear foot, 255 pounds per roll) and flexible, so it can be rolled and unrolled as needed. This makes the floor ideal for situations such as touring dance companies, and theatres without a permanent dance floor. The matte non-skid finish provides the control dancers
require. Dance Floor is reversible with black on one side and grey on the other.
The most critical factor in choosing a floor is how it feels to the people who will use it. Most dancers and teachers can determine this from a hand-held sample (available at no charge). A small sample can also provide a good idea of the qualities of the vinyl surface.
The flooring can be cut to any size and costs just £26 per linear meter.

Amargon Ltd. are looking for an European FEMALE Irish dancer to take part in the 2012 tour of “Night of the Dance”. It is an international dance show, which will be touring Germany (10th February - 25th March) now..
The audition is open to all European female irish dancers over 25 years..show experience is necessary!
To audition, dancers need to provide a video clip of themselves dancing to the best of their ability, and additionally a full body shot, along with a dance CV..
Videos can be uploaded to Youtube with the link and additional information emailed to:
