Presumably you had someone dancing in said “terrible standard” of competition, wonder how she feels with either her mother’s or teacher’s comments! What was terrible was girls who never sit in top 5/6 all year suddenly up there taking qualifying spots away from others. - Sounds like this one is a teacher if stating has kids in U8 and younger (looking at results there isn’t kids from the same family spread across those age groups)….thank goodness our children don’t dance for your school with your negative comments about the standard in other age groups and you are right it’s in your opinion and definitely not unanimously agreed that’s for sure.         How do you know who will or will not go to Chicago? Maybe if those dancers danced for a CLRG school in Alba they would have an argument but they do not so that's the way the cookie crumbles. So should Ireland or Scotland not be afforded a chance to play in the World Cup Finals because the likes of Russia cannot qualify.
