Subject: Miserable adults judging kids yet again
In reply to: Dancer 's message, "Children Should Be Celebrated, Not Criticised" on 20:12:34 05/18/26 Mon

Honestly it’s wild that grown adults have nothing better to do than sit on here tearing apart 3 young girls over Irish dancing. Who actually cares if it’s CLRG, WIDA, Open Platform, An Chomhdháil or anywhere else? Dance is dance & talent is talent and these girls have plenty of it.

They train 4 to 5 times a week, work hard and love what they do. They are happy and that should be enough. Not one child needs to dance to the standards of bitter strangers hiding behind a screen just to be worthy of support.

If your biggest issue is what organisation a child dances under then maybe the problem isn’t the dancing. Maybe it’s just sad adults living through kids and trying to drag others down because their own lives are that boring.

These girls are amazing and deserve to be celebrated not picked apart. Keep talking though because while you’re sat judging children they’ll still be out there dancing and doing what they love.

And it's funny how the ones with the most to say are always hiding behind a screen. Unlike the keyboard critics I’m happy to leave my name.
My daughter is happy, works hard, has amazing talent and loves her school so why would I change that just to please bitter strangers on a forum?

Some of you seriously need a hobby that doesn’t involve tearing kids down or trying to live out your own dreams and delusions through CHILDREN.
