Hi
I have read your message on the website, like you I have just got back from the Algarve and been conned by CPO, luckily we realised it was a con while we over there after getting talking to an ex-employee of theirs we took some advise and send them confirmation in writing that we wished to cancel as under european law you have 10 days to cancel anything. It is still early days and I'm not sure exactly what will happen but my credit card company are trying to get the money back for me. In answer to you query on non maintenance paymnets, this is a question that my partner asked while we were at CPO and we were told that after so many missed payments (3 I believe) the week would be taken away from you, there was certainly no mention of legal action when we asked this. They do have a tendancy to threaten with legal action for many things, quite often this is a just threat. I don't have anything in writing to support this though. How did you find out that you could have done something about signing up with them?
