] Date Posted: 21:35:50 01/10/08 Thu Another letdown Another letdown, another torn heart, another failure, another disappointment, ...... why do I bother? An illusion of hope broken with another rejection, once more I must pick up the pieces and build up the courage to try again. But right now I am tired, tired of this, all these rejections continuously break my heart. How many times do I have to try before acceptance replaces the rejections? Too many, too many to count. Date Posted: 22:07:24 01/11/08 Fri I know that's true, but it's so hard.... year after year it's always the same, "your piece was not accepted, pick it up on these dates ..etc." This is about submitting my art into an art show, and having it repeatedly being rejected. makes me question myself and my abilities... sigh it's not my nature to give up, so i know i'll try again, jus hope that day comes soon when acceptance is sent my way... it gets harder and harder to pick up the pieces after being rejected so many times in a row.
