I want to address this now, before something is said after my pageant.....
Judges for the State pageant will be a mixture of those who have judged for me before, and those who have never seen a beauty pageant. I will be meeting with them one week prior to the pageant to discuss scoring, rules, deductions, and what we are looking for when watching the child on stage. We will hopefully have 7 judges. The highest and lowest scores will be dropped and we will average the remaining 5 scores. Should we have fewer judges, the same system will apply, still dropping highest and lowest. If we have an even number of judges, only lowest score will be dropped.
Please let me know if you have any questions now. I don't want anyone upset after the pageant and to say they did not know.
