Everyone will receive an order form in their registration packet.
You should fill out the form even if you are not ordering pictures. This form is a release as well, and if you decide later that you want your pics/video I will already have the release.

You will receive disks in the mail of stage photos of your child from every event, including crowning and a video of the ENTIRE pageant, including crowning.

If you would like your child ommitted from the video, please state so on the release.
