Sorry guys, I wouldn't like to have you disapointed, but the group that dealt with Issues in acquisitional pragmatics was Carmen and Luana.
Anyway thanks for good comments about our job.
Renata, I totally agree with you when you say that "It is crucial to understand or at least try to respect the other culture beliefs, values and norms,without this, it is a quite difficult job to acquire the second language.
L2 learners must be aware of L2 socio cultural constraints on speech acts in order to be pragmatic competents.
In fact pragmatic learning is L2 culture learning.
It is the language for us!
