Subject: Elite silencing customers!

My child is booked in for a new Elite soon and we received the new balance for the dress. An extra £700!
Ive asked to speak to Anthony but he’s not available or not in the office right now. Ive been told countless times we will get back to you and no reply and when i do get a reply im being told that the cost quoted when booking was just an estimate! No word of this increase during the design process! I am livid!
They told me i cant cancel, as ive signed a contract and that if i post anything online they will deny all knowledge. How dare they silence me!

I will be taking my custom elsewhere and claiming my deposit through my credit card! Surely im not the only one?
