Bill,

I hope Joel isn't having to nurse a sore whipped ass as we message you.

Sorry IF we hit a sour note note to voice our opinion to your opinion which we feel Joel should STILL NOT have to confront Kyle's dad on this matter.

Why should Joel have to pay a price for a grudge by a man, whom Joel and his family consider a second family. Kyle's dad should respect Joel's dad's way he punished Joel back when the window was broke and dropped it then and there!

Does that mean other people then should follow Kyle's dad of grudges and continue to hope them for years when other kids maybe should have been spanked and weren't and years later someond decides "you better take that spanking you should have years ago to satisfy me or I'm going to continue to look down upon you and your dad for you not getting spanked!"

Maybe each of us guys should go to our parents, including you Bill and have a list when of times we should have been spanked, BUT our parents subsituted another punishment, and friends, neighbors should respect that decision by the parent not to spank or should we start going down the list and tell dad I need a spanking now for this I did then, another spanking for this, another spanking for this...because the other punishment was good enough and people look down on me or you dad because you didn't spank me, and that way I won;t be sitting down for a month or so to satisfy that person or person who disagreed with what you thought was good parenting years ago!

So Bill, if Kyle's dad does whip Joel's ass, will the "looks" really stop or will it be that Kyle's dad won his parenting style because he doesn't respect the parenting style of a friend (Joel's dad) and the way he punished his son (Joel) of just paying for the window, and will continue the "looks" at Joel still and remind Joel your dad couldn't do it to whip you little boy ass so I had to do it and I hope you appreciated it because I believe your dad failed as a parent and I had to do the job and whip your ass for you!

We believe that's what this is going to boil down to, and wonder if Joel might think of these thoughts, but know that his dad loved him at the time and still does today, and accept the fact that the punishment his dad gave him was what he thought was right and shouldn't be questioned by a second "so-called father figure" to satisfy his heart and think he has to be th eone to tan Joel's ass!

Will this bring rest to the matter...we don't think!

This could be compaired to a baseball incident we read in USA NEWS, I guess in Detroit a umpire robbed a Detroit picther of a perfect game by in 9th innning saying a player on opposing team was safe, when he really was out and videotape evidence shows it.

That umpire is kicking himself and admits he MADE THE WRONG CALL! He's viewed the tape and even before hitting the umpire locker room knew he made the wrong call!

If Kyle's dad whips Joel, he's MAKING THE WRONG, wanting to reverse a RIGHT CALL that Joel's dad made NOT TO SPANK Joel for additional punishment after the window was broken.

We look at Joel as that Detroit pitcher, a Class-guy with dignity and if Joel was to bend to please Kyle's dad and get an UNNCESSARY whipping to his ass, will the "looks" really stop?

NO!

The Detroit umpire has to live with himself for the WRONG CALL and Kyle's dad will have to live with himself, IF he whips Joel's ass and even if he continues to give Joel the "looks"!
