WOO MAN...slow down the panic button. Bill said go talk & resolve out in the open. That was back in kid days & I can't see Kyle's dad wanting to whip Joel's 18 y/o butt now. If his Kyle truly wanted that bad to whip his ass, it would've been done back then along side Kyle & then Joel dragged home & his folks told even if his folks weren't into spanking. Joel said many times, Kyle's house & his parents were like a second home.

Joel, you've been through a lot this past year and hell dude, you've grown & matured significantly. You are not some snot-nosed kid so stand tall & resemble the young man (soon to enter college) you are.

Truth Joel, if Kyle & you screwed it up back then & carelessly broke the window, punishment was due. Both of you should've dug deep & paid equally from allowances. If Kyle's dad whupped his ass, your's should've been next on the line for his dad or yours. As for a belt whipping, what makes you think Joel you couldn't take one & survive. Dude, your grandpa lit into your bare ass with the strap back on Thanksgiving & though likely damn sore, you came through it ok. If you got a guilty conscience that needs resolution as much as lingering hard feelings with Kyle's dad needs resolution, do what I've preached over & over to you...talk to your dad & if anyone whips your ass, which probably isn't necessary now, it should be YOUR dad. Suck up ego & fear & do as you did in December & hand dad your belt as you did the paddle back then & take down the cargos or jeans and your boxers & say...dad I need my ass whipped & then both of you go & resolve with Kyle & his dad & shake hands & officially past history.

At 18 & now HS grads, not you Joel, Kyle nor Sean need your asses paddled/whipped & should act in a manner that never surfaces such an option other than an occasional b-day swat or bet pay-off in fun with buddies.
