Hey Steve, good to hear from you, and I'll comment more for ya to your response.

Whow! Your a lawyer? I would never guessed it. Sounds like you are a good one. Is that why you never responded when I said a few times when I was negotiating not to get Kyle to paddle me a few times with ya that I needed a good lawyer to get me out of the mess, etc.?

Steve, I am NOT LYING about the lie detector test. Maybe the police dept. in your area don't believe in their use, but they do here, and I' NOT the first kid that hasn't had it done on them.
The police mmy wanted my side of the incident, I talked to a several policemen and they all wanted to see if my story would change, and they thought that was good idea, but never said it would or could be used in court. I hope we don't go to court, but right now my grandpa is being tested by the mental health center, and the county prosecutor has gotten involved in this mess. My dad said he doesn't want charges brought up against my grandpa, but the prosecutors say they can have their own investigation to.
Geez Steve, that would all I need if news media having a field day, even though my name being underage wouldn't be printed in the newspapers, but community from where grandp and grandma live could figure it out it was me.
So see the mess?

Steve, my grandpa wouldn't own up to whipping me at first with the police and mental health center, so the police put a scare in him and gave him a lie detector test, after they truthful told him I took one.
To be on the safe side to, my dad has a buddy he grew up with, worked summer jobs with him, and he's our family lawyer if we ever need one, so he's been advising my dad, and he thought the lie detector test was okay to take, even though I told the truth to all the authorities right.
So maybe your area doesn't do that teens, but our police and other agencies do here!
I'm not lying!
As fo repairing a relationship, I'm suppose to stay away from grandpa and grandma, they've been telling lies that now I've been a spoiled brat growing up, etc. and other untruths.
If they don't want me for a grandson anymore then that is the way it will be.
We can do other things to celebrate Christmas, but it was a tradition with grandpa and grandma, so I guess I'm disowned from them and right now my folks don't care to celebrate with them, unless something changes, and I doubt soon!
I was even ordered by my dad not to go by the farm last night when Kyle and I went to watch Holly cheer at her school, which we didn't.
So see this mees?
Steve, yeah I should have told my dad right away what grandpa did, but I believed I would never get the spanking I wanted from my dad if I told right away. I talked with my dad, and he's said if I told right away that I probably wouldn't have got paddled when I asked him anytime afterwards, thought it might effect my mind, etc., and dad said he DID understand why I did what I did and he said if he was me that he probably would have done the same, waited, gotten the paddling and then told.
So Steve, I sure appreciate your interest and help in this matter to help me understand things?

Yoy aren't going to charge me an attorney fee are you? Ha Ha. I know, maybe l0 licks with the paddle for ten questions.
GEEZ!
Talk to you later buddy/big brother!
