Ruck rules proposed on 30/9 last year and asked for coaches opinions. 4 coaches only discussed and all in favour of tightening up the balance rules on Rucks and KP players. This is in addition to the vote we had in 2019 on tightening team balance rules every year in which again majority voted yes...

Balata has also been a ruck since end of last year when the 3 AVG HO rule was used as the cut off (see post I referenced above from 30/09).
