We should allow(sp?) only one attack a week if any on the other side and the dice idea sounds good. We should probly have only at the most four rouges per group. Fed ranks probly should follow standards ensign, lt, ect. But powerplaying should be very limteted and only the leaders of each group should be able to power play as much as we have been. I like Jack and thems idea of PoW treatment and we should have trades for PoW's freedom. If the rouge "law" does pass coould I be one morgan or Tsunami? Please?
