I really like the dice thing, as that is the only method I can think of that would be remotely close to establishing equal grounds. As far as allowing only a specific number of rogues in each area, that is absolutely absurd, because I think that we all know that those who have been there the longest or are well known are going to get the positions as rogues, and frankly I think that there are some others who would be better for the job. I am not going to name any because I am trying to remain as objective about this as I can. Obviously everyone can't have incredibly awesome skills and be the 'best' rogues, spies or pirates, because in reality that would not have happened. And on letting certain people power play, that�s is crazy too; again I think developing a method of dice roll would be most beneficial. Please don't take offense to any of this; it is nothing personal aimed at anyone.
