Hmm, you all bring up interesting points. The only problem with training is how? How would you train, who would doit, how would it be measured, and what do they get from doing it?

As for the attack rules, I agree if we could get it to work. You and Raven would have an interesting battle, I'm sure, but what happens if we can't get poor Ted and Bob from my previous examples to cooperate? We'll just have to shoot them...and no powerplaying :). No, seriously, here's something I read about in the Darkover series (Marion Zimmer Bradley...I am still a little shaky on the details of the whole Darkover thing, so excuse me if I'm wrong..) This series, for background, is about a planet called Darkover who is colonized by a ship that crashed on a foreign planet. Sound familiar? They use telepathic mind powers called laran which is an innate ability some are born with. But I ramble. Eventually, the Darkoverans make contact with the race known as Terrans, who are sci-fi peoples. In any case, they outlawed the use of ranged weapons, i.e. bows, guns, etc. Anyone who intended to kill must face the risk of a similar fate. That is the whole point of my mad ravings, is to bring up that possibility. Who knows if it would work, or would even make sense at all. Now I have to go feed my horses. See y'all later!
