But there's a HUGE difference between a "yes man" and a person who has no respect for other contestants merely o ut of jealousy because they beat his girl

It's perfectly relevant-- whether it's 'silly' to hire a 'douche', who produces results. If you want to win, you need to hire someone who can give you the right advice to win, rather than choose based on how emotionally immature they can get at times.
