Subject: I agree it was a lot of work for the Tidds but it was a lot of work for college students and their parents. Weekends are when the girls study and to go to Gillette was an all day affair starting early and getting home late and then having to get up early for school on Monday. The total for all the games was $13,000 and it took 10+ people to run it. I appreciated the visibility Gillette gave to our program but it was a lot of work. I hope the girls can come up with some other worthy fundraiser because it is for them in the long run.

Each girl was only asked to go once except for the Tidd's title holders who were asked to go once a month. It isn't THAT much work to give up one day to go down to Gillette. Scholarships this year are down almost $20,000 because of losing Gillette and not raising the usual amount at the golf tournament. The girls are going to be really upset when they don't receive nearly as much as they've had in previous years. (NT)No name13:26:52 11/05/13 Tue
