Well, in some girl's cases it's true. Not saying it necessarily is in Katie's, but take a look at Regan. Imagine if Regan won this year instead of 2011. She's matured a lot since her competition days, both in style, taste, and poise. Megan, who's the same age, was ready this year and I don't think another year or two would have made a difference as far as she's (Megan) concerned. But imagine if Megan had won that first year she competed at Miss. She's so much more poised now than she was then. Some girls peak at 21, some peak at 23.
