The Miss NH Directors are volunteers. There are very good directors, good directors and very few ok directors. If the girl does research before she competes then she will choose the right local to compete in. Most want to help the girl become better. These are smart young women. Whether or not their director is helpful all you have to do is ask for help. There are so many people in this program willing to help. Last year my daughter didn't know what she was doing but the parents were very helpful with their guidance. This is a very open group of volunteers and parents who will give advice.
