I think the directors hold a lot of influence on the girls that compete. The girls are the biggest part, but I think some of the directors have figured out what works, and whats going to make their girl advanced, and on a side note some of the directors in the miss nh program are not so great..... Based on the last three years of T5 results at Miss NH, the Top 10 Locals would be 1 Lakes Region (2RU10, W12), 2 Deerfield Fair (1RU 11, 1RU12), 3 Stratham Fair (2RU11, 2RU12), 4 Weirs Beach (1RU10, 3RU12), 5 Rockingham Co (4RU12), 6 Plaistow (3RU10, 4RU11), 7 Keene W11, 8 Derry, W10, 9 Merrimack 3RU11, 10 Londonderry 4RU10 (NT)No name23:07:22 01/24/13 Thu
NH has some really great directors and then some that are cold. (NT)No name14:29:05 01/26/13 Sat

A good director lets the girl grow and become a better her. (NT)No name13:52:24 01/28/13 Mon

I know one of the new girls is having a hard time with her director. No appearances or mocks scheduled, barely any communication, no help with ad sales. I think this will effect how she views the organization. If your first year is bad why would you want to come back? (NT)No name12:22:31 02/06/13 Wed
The Miss NH Directors are volunteers. There are very good directors, good directors and very few ok directors. If the girl does research before she competes then she will choose the right local to compete in. Most want to help the girl become better. It may not be the best advice but they are trying and giving their time. (NT)No name15:25:12 02/07/13 Thu
A director can only do so much, if a girl is not willing to change it up a bit then the same results can occur. Some girls don't have what it takes. You can't blame the directors, they are not on stage or in interview. (NT)NH fan04:00:36 03/22/13 Fri
