..... you have managed to make the Yanks seem somehow saner than Canadians....
Having come across many from your continent I thought they fell into 2 main groups:-
1) Power-Hungry, Egotistical, Might is Right, Insensitive Maniacs who think that if it weren't for the good ol US of A we would either be in the hills fighting the Commies, or living in mud huts, but thanks to them we are "free" to make the choice has to how to rot our teeth, using Coke OR Pepsi, & choose how to become obese by either eating MacDonalds or KFC while shopping at GAP so we can look like everyone else, or;
2) The somehow, against all the odds, a fantastic bunch of people who can see that there is more to this world than just the continent of America.

You have opened my eyes to the fact that there is indeed another group of people populating the North American continent. You might be a bunch of weirdoes, but at least you have the strength of mind & character to be non-conformist. Praise be that you are at liberty to do so in possibly one of the most regulated, spirit-crushing, brain-numbing, spied upon places on Earth!
