Subject: I'm not odd after all !!

Goodness, I'm so glad to find someone else who still enjoys playing at pretending......
As a younger child (16 can't possibly count as adult, despite what the train tickets say), I loved to pretend to be someone who I'm not, someone who can do things I can't, someone who lives in a place that is more exciting than my own home....
Guess what!? I still do!! (But now I also draw and write my own stories.....)
....I love 'dressing up' too....as a geisha in Oriental-style clothing or as an Opheila-like madwoman in flowing white dresses.
It has worried me for a long time, I felt it was wrong to love one's fantasy life so much, and I felt very babyish.
Thank you so much for your site....I'm so pleased to see that there is someone else out there who successfully combines fantasy and reality.
