Thank you everyone for your thoughtful comments and words encouragement. My reunion isn't until the end of August so I've plenty of time to decide what clothes and girdle I'll be wearing.

Right now I'm thinking a dark blue dress shirt and black dress slacks. A long dark colored t-shirt under my dress shirt should help my pants from sliding down the slippery girdle material. As far a the girdle is concerned, it'll be a LLHWPG in black. Only question is how firm do I want it to be. I'm probably be in it for around 5 hours.

Okay I'm probably over thinking this but, I really want to wear a girdle for the evening, but at the same time be confident and comfortable about the way I look.

Funny thing is, I get nervous and self conscious about wearing a girdle to my reunion. I need to remember that wearing a firm girdle is going to in fact make me look nicer. Something I don't normally think about.
