Personally, I would advise talking directly to each org or going to one of their events if possible. Keyboard warriors do not always give you a true picture of an org as either they have a personal beef with the org or someone in it. No org is perfect and no org is really bad. They all do their own thing and some people like them and some people don't. Make Up your own mind and get as much info as possible before and if you make the decision to move.
