He trespasses, can't come up with the name of the site he claims to be posting the photos on and does it twice. This does not sound like an innocent guy pursueing a hobby. He may simply be the type that thinks he can go or do whatever he wants. At best he's stupid and his actions hurt the hobby, at worst he's something else.
