The guy sounds like he's too stupid to live. Why he didn't try it the next day by going through proper channels is beyond me. But I don't think it was a case of him thinking he can do whatever he wants since he is planning on pleading guilty. If he was exercising his right to take a photograph, he'd be fighting the charge, not pleading guilty. First, I think he needs a new attorney. Maybe the ACLU, even.
