There is no pleasing everyone now is there? Facts are that on every thread there have been mentions of the lack of new blood in the organization. Susan clearly has the foresight to give new girls an opportunity to participate and advance. The fact is if she is willing to put the time,money and work into helping train these girls into becoming stronger competitors then she should be applauded. I for one thank her for her willingness to give them a chance and helping keep the system alive. As for the miss group, remember that we don't see everything and someone's favorite may have had a bad day in interview. This happens to the best of them on occasion.
