Yes Annie Franklin is gorgeous. She is sweet and kind to all and is deserving of any title including Miss KY. I doubt we will have the pleasure of ever seeing her again in pageants however. Annie is a sweetheart who has worked hard every year to perform her best at Miss Kentucky. She is truly one of the most darling girls I've met and I wish her all the best, but I will be sad if she does not compete again.
