Yes Annie Franklin is gorgeous. She is sweet and kind to all and is deserving of any title including Miss KY. I doubt we will have the pleasure of ever seeing her again in pageants however. That is just so sad. She has been a joy to watch. All the gilrs were just stunning this year. Congradulations to the new Miss KY. -- Miss Kentucky Pageant
