Subject: I 100% agree!! They put the work in. I am hoping more locals come back to va as some of these directors weren’t even at the state pageant for their girls. I am hoping next year we see the support these girls need to prepare and be successful at the state pageant.

In reply to: DJ 's message, "Let’s set the record straight about Arlington- they are not cheating, they are just doing the work others are not. They offer real sizable scholarships for BOTH titles, run mock interviews with qualified judges who reflect actual state-level panels (not randoms from a Facebook group), and guide contestants through wardrobe, talent, and CSI strategy with actual coaching and support. Their sponsors aren’t a last-minute scramble or people coming to them, but vetted partners who match the quality and standards of the program. If you’re wondering why they stand out, it’s not politics. It’s preparation." on 14:39:14 07/03/25 Thu

I'm afraid it's going to be quite the opposite, from what I've heard. Some local directors are fed up with the leadership problems, the rising costs, the fairs/festivals fiasco, and the lack of contestant pool in the state. Getting harder to do, with more expense always being added by the MVO. (NT)Just don't know.
