Oh Honey- I grew up in Mansfield (home of the state pageant). It wasn’t a “mistake” of her walking through O’Neils, not knowing where to pay. She got away with it until she didn’t. She was a bit older and I was envious she had an involved mom & got everything handed to her- gowns, costumes, wardrobe. Her parents would take her to Florida to tan for the pageant. In my mind, she had it made, so I couldn’t believe someone as spoiled as she was felt entitled to just take. She was given everything, but it wasn’t enough. -- Pageant Guru Message Board
