Christ died for our sin that we might choose to follow Him and attain salvation. Unborn babies or young infants simply cannot make that choice. If unborn babies die, and go to hell, as you would suggest, then why did God create them in the first place? Did He create them just to throw them into eternal punishment? No. People beyond the age of accoutability must choose Christ to be saved and to have their original sin wiped away. People under the age of accountability do not have a choice, and as Christ implied, their original sin will be forgiven, and they will enter the kingdom of Heaven.

Yes, it is true that Baptism washes away original sin, but I am referring to unborn babies and very young infants.

Peace and prayer,
Gabriel
