Hey Big Brother Tanner and Kala,

CONGRATULATIONS to you BOTH securing teaching jobs! They
sound exciting and we are SO PROUD OF YOU BOTH SOON
GRADUATING COLLEGE!!

Kala you will be a great 4th grade teacher! You are perfect to
make an impression on the young minds of 4th grades and
encourage them to do the best they can and further their dreams
to continue to get an education as they take the next step to
soon in a couple of years become Middle School Students! Do
you have a favorite subject you will really push your 4th grades
to learn most? We are so PROUD OF YOU!!

Big Brother Tanner you are going to make a great Science
Teacher in Middle School. You have a great mind for Science,
the drive to teach and have students learn from you and you
will make your classes exciting and make students want to
take your Science Class.

COACH TANNER your going to be ASSISTANT COACH of
the 9th grade boys' basketball team at your old high school?
THIS IS SO COOL!! Also, attending and assisting in anyway
possible the Jr. & Varsity teams. too! WE ARE SO PROUD
OF YOU! In time, you will move up too, but right now you
get the 9th grade team ready to play Jr. and Varsity basketball!
Who knows, you might find a hidden Star Player on your 9th
grade team(s) who could move up to play on the JV & Varsity
Team, after you have them for awhile and teach them properly
the fundamentals, etc. of hoops!

YOU'LL BE WORKING WITH AND LEARN MORE FROM
YOUR FORMER HIGH SCHOOL BASKETBALL COACH?
THIS IS SO COOL & AWESOME!! Again, CONGRATS on
landing this 9th grade coaching job.

(Drew): Hey Coach Tanner, what do you think you can do to
teach Mark about basketball? LOL. He can always learn some more
fundamentals of playing, etc.

(Mark): Alright Drew, your one to talk. You can do to learn some
more about basketball playing. Maybe Coach Tanner can try to
teach you a few things to improve playing hoops.

(Jake, Sean, Cody & Hunter): Hey Coach Tanner, don't forget
about us. We'd like to learn some more, too. How about us, too?

Coach Tanner that would have been AWESOME you being the
Head Coach at the school 35 miles away, but we can't understand
why it would be your responsibilty to raise mone to purchase new
uniforms and equipment. That is the responsibilty of the school or
school board and better yet the school ATHLETIC BOOSTERS
job. They have one don't they, who would assist all sports teams
at the school to pursue funds for needed uniforms and equipment?

At the middle school and high schools we attend when it was time
for new uniforms usually varsity would get them, and JV and 9th grades would get uniforms from upper teams passed down to them, unless
they were really worn and needed replacing. The Athlectic Boosters
always did successful fundraisers. They did dinners, sales of
sub sandwiches, 50/50 money drawings at games where a person's
name would be drawn and they would shoot a successful basket at a
home game each week and keep half of the money collected. Alot
of the times businesses would help buy uniforms or needed equipment,
etc. Sometimes "silent" people would give money. There was one person who would buy uniforms and equipement sometimes on a regular
basis when they heard about the "need" too. So our Middle School
and High School Sports Teams NEVER WENT WITHOUT and coaches
didn't have to or was expected to try to figure out how to get money.

Don't you worry Coach Tanner, your going to be a head coach sometime
day, and your hearing it here first, we think you will become the head
varsity coach someday when your former high school coach wants to
stepdown and retire!

We know you have the skills and drives that you could have given
the school you didn't select to become a basketball coach at WINNING
TEAMS because you would teach the players 'how to" etc.

Also, CONGRATS On becoming one of two assistant football coaches, too at the Middle School. Your going to help those players be ready
and prepared to play high school football and have them carry on
to win some league championships and state titles, too!

(Drew): Hey Coach Tanner, think you can help Mark play
better football? LOL.

(Mark): Very funny Drew! Very funny! OKay, I'll admit that I am
willing to learne "new things" about football playing, and to become a
better player. If Coach Tanner wants to pass on some advice and
wisdom, I am ready and willing to listen. YOU Mr. Quarterback Drew
could use some extra advice and playing skills, too, so you add
your name to the list IF Coach Tanner would like to "help" you, too!

Again, we are excited that you two will be graduating college in a
few weeks! And you have jobs waiting. We hope the same will
be for us when we graduate in a few years, too!

CONGRATULATIONS & GOOD LUCK TO THE BOTH OF
YOU! We will continue to look forward to hear and see what
the future has for you both!

Best always,
Mark, Drew, Jake, Sean, Cody & Hunter

P.S. Kala did you have to go and do some teaching at a school
like Tanner did? Tanner did you have to go and do some more
this past year?
