The young woman tried to fight back her emotions. She needed to be happier, she needed to give her all to the eggs in front of her. She stumbled up, kneeling slightly to stay erect. [] I need help! [] She pleaded, not to Shrineth, but to the eggs, one of the three may hold her lifemate, the one who'd releave her of the pain. Cold sweat and tears covered her face, from the blazing sun and the wildness of her very mind. Why was this happening? And now, when she should be happiest? She didn't know, but tried yet again to stand, for the beauty of the three eggs left. She needed to have a friend; it would break her heart to have to leave her, friendless, on the grounds until the next eggs arrived, which would be in who knows how long? She tried to banish all those evil thoughts, which the eggs helped her to do, and she hoped her arrivel had not been in vain...
No. She'd have a friend. One day, she would, for dieing here must not be her destiny... There was yet more for her to do, and she hoped it to be something to make a difference, and she yearned again for the queen to consider a lonely craft-bred girl like her...
