Bloody greens. Shrineth mutters privately to herself as she touches down with her rider. Bloody green taking MY sands... Luckily for everyone else, no one can hear these muderous thoughts. Greens weren't supposed to fly or clutch, everyone knew that.

"I wonder if this is going to be just like Evelene's green clutch. Gosh was S'sha mad at that." Wessae says half to herself as she strides across the sands, leaving Shrineth to get aloft on a nice warm piece of the Heights. Here it went, and she was SO handling it.

"Alright, what have we here?" She asks in her most invigorating voice. "Looks like your green hasn't been fulfilling her Pernese duty, G'rein." She says with a small smile for the poor rider. "Not chewing her firestone, nope nope. You know the ramifications of this could be serious. We had this happen back at the old place. Most of the dragonets deformed, and our Weyrwoman was pretty upset. The most upset one present here is probably Shrineth. She thinks it's her time now."

Wessae casts her eyes up to her dragon, sitting aloof and away from everything. "If we have candidates, we might possibly have some trouble. I hope everyone is aware of that, as well as aware of why greens generally do not clutch. But our main duty now is to make sure that Grenith is kept as stress free as possible. I think we'll need to have a few people on watch to discourage people from disturbing her. She seems very testy and I don't blame her. If nine people stand, they'll have to stand well back from her for now. Only G'rein will be allowed to touch her."
