Grenith gave her mate a rather quelling look as he made all that noise, but she still loved him. He just needed to understand that eggs came first, he came later. For now, at least. And after this, she would eat all the firestone she could.

But she still wished she could be next to him, feel him around her. This was, after all a thing that no green should be doing, and she needed some support.

G’rein was slowly recovering, and he managed to stand up fully, still wrapping one arm around X’thrall for a bit of support. He was already exhausted – Grenith’s tired feelings were flowing into him, and with a click he remembered at these were her feelings, not his. He hastened to move nearer to her, stroking her muzzle comfortingly.

“Thanks, X’thrall.” He said fervently. “And It will be nice to look at the weyrlings – they’ll have to be a good lot, to get these!”

((Can I split up the weyrbrats? Thing is, I can give them all dragons, but it would look a lot like favouritism if you got loads – and Salty and Terent wouldn’t be included. Do you mind if only a few get dragons?))
