Before A'rak can affirm that yes indeed S'sha has spotted his sister, R'nos bellows to the other table. Caught off guard as she stares into space, Wessae looks over in the direction of the oddly familiar voice. She sees her brother, and then completely lets the klah slip out of her hands as a gasp leaves her throat. R'nos! T'yin! S'sha! The names resound in her head one after the other as she sits stupidly immobilized by their presence.

After a moment, she gets up from the small table she was sitting at and carefully makes her way to the table, noting almost subconsciously that S'sha is sitting at one end. Just as subconsciously she heads for the other end and sets her tray down there, marking her seat. But before sitting, she shuffles to each of the returning riders and hugs them from behind while they sit down in a display that affirms that she and her brother share the same blood. Settling back in her seat, she looks from face to face, smiling.

"Where's my hug?" A'rak asks after a moment of silence. Wessae chuckles at this and then adresses everyone.

"It feels like we're truly home now. Welcome home, you are exhausted no doubt. Rest, rejuevinate, and when you are refreshed you can tell us what has happened to you since you've been gone." Realizing she might be sounding a tad bit bossy, Wessae smiles brightly and adds, "if you want to, that is."

Before anything else is said, a woman with greenrider knots on her clothing bursts into the lower caverns, each arm locked with that of a somewhat shorter and younger female. A large gold flit trails the whole procession with some dignity. Spying the crowd gathered at the table, the woman beams brightly and steers the girls in the direction of the table. One is almost her height, and somewhat plain. The other is some considerable bit shorter and has hair that is distinctly and darkly red. Both girls look somewhat shy and try not to make eye contact with anyone for too long. Tani talks swiftly as she seats them, plunking the shorter one next to T'yin. "There you go, Ina, sit right on next to T'yin and R'nos. They're nothing to be worried about. Jari, you're over here next to A'rak. Be careful, he can be a womanizer. it's good to be back, they don't pay me enough for this. Good to see you, everyone. I think I'll sit here," taking a seat next to Wessae, she waves cheerily at everyone as her flit settles on the chair back. "I submit to the weyr a couple of candidates." She intones deeply, gesturing to each as she names them. "Jari," is the name given to the taller and older of the two, "Ina" to the younger and shorter, "And I am Tanikli. Tani, really. Farnath, it's been Turns. R'nos, the years have not been kind. T'yin, we greens have to stick together. S'sha, good to have you back, A'rak...you're still the stud. Wessae, always a pleasure. Next time you send me out on a Search, at least send some help?"

Ina eyes each person with some measure of awe. These were dragonriders, and two of them were queenriders! And that seat next to the younger queenrider's chair was for the Weyrleader, she just knew it in her bones somehow. She turns back to look at her travelling companion, Jari, her eyes probably as wide as dinner plates. Tani's banter amazed her, especially the casual way she addressed the Weyrwoman. But if that one was the Weyrwoman...Ina's gaze swings back to S'sha, but she doesn't comment. Obviously something was going on here.

"Wessae's dragon Shrineth is the one clutching, and the one who's young you'll have to try and Impress, girls." Tani stated, sensing the nature of Ina's questioning glance.
