Halzay felt as if a weight had been taken off her chest when she saw them appear. (assuming she ran)As Halzay saw her daughter ruuning, she knelt down as quick as she could and wrapped her arms around her daughter, holding back her relief as much as she could.

"Oh, Sally... thank goodness you're alright..." She was near crying, stroking her daughter's dark hair lovingly. she stayed like this for a minute or so, just whispering to herself and to Salzay, loving the fact that her daughter was safe. Truth be told, when she heard about G'rein, she knew he wouldn't like her, and was afraid he might not agree to help the child. But, it seemed she was wrong. Hopefully, she'd be wrong about more than just him in this Weyr.

She slowly got up, bring Salzay into her arms with her. She gave the smallest of smiled to G'rein.

"Oh, yes... thank you so much, G'rein." She hesitated, then continued. "I'm sure you know I'm Halzay, if not from Sally then from S'peer. And you're G'rein... I've heard your green clutched." She wanted to get onto a good topic- she didn't want to alienate him moer than she probably had. Plus, she normally got on well with greenriders. "How's Grenith fairing now?"
