((Just thought I'd mention that I finally saw a third Doctor episode last night. I like him. I think the best word is probably "distinguished". Sorry this is so short; my brain isn't exactly operating on maximum right now.))

Concentrating on the food for a moment, T'gan gives the pie the attention he feels it deserves. He finishes it fairly quickly and pushes the plate aside, not feeling the need for any more food right now. He's been grazing steadily all day. So instead of summoning another drudge, he watches D'ctor eat, feeling an odd warmth at the sight. At least one person they'd thought had been lost had come home safe. He waits for D'ctor to make significant inroads on his meal before interrupting the attack on the hapless wherry to ask a question that's been gnawing at him since Chuth first announced Whoth's arrival. "Where HAVE you been, D'ctor?" he asks, curiousity in his eyes. "And why did you leave in the first place? Everyone assumed- well, it isn't important. But where did you go?"
