You have already given consideration to the pros and cons. I'm really hoping to hear from Mork & Mindy or Mandy or Whitney or the moms who have experience with this. I've thought about just talking to the mom next door, but oh God I can't do that.

One other thing is the pros and cons of pulling them both down or first the pants and then the panties. I've read that there's more drama and the point is made better with the latter method and I kind of like that idea, drawing it out and making it more dramatic.
