Since you seem to have an I.Q. about three points above a tree stump, I will try to walk you through this!

Only an injured party, or the legal guardian or next of kin of an injured party can file a law suit. If there is no injured party, there is no suit. Unless Jack K was going out and buying a set of these sticks he cannot be an injured party. Got that now?

I have the complete "hard copy" of the patent, and you know what, Jack just may do that! Of course since the club isn't as per the design in the patent, and the swing isn't either, the patent is completely unenforcible as far as NG taking any action against someone.

Jack's got a giant hard on for NG, that sure is the case, but, that doesn't alter the FACT that the allegations he is bringing against them are 100% true! If they weren't NG would be suing him, wouldn't they?

So trying out different things to see what's best is now considered bieng stupid? Funny thing, I tried them all and NG as taught by Tom Sanders, (now BGG) is the best, so that makes me real stupid I guess!
