You're so ignorant and easily mislead you're to be pitied. If Kuyendall doesn't hold the patent rights then he has just as much right to sue NG for fraud as John Q. Citizen.

You also need to go the the Patent Office web site and do a search on that patent. Not only does it cover the club head but the swing itself. Since you claim NG isn't teaching the original swing why isn't Kuykendall asking people to sue for swing fraud.

If you were a little more educated you could figure out what this is all about. A very bitter man by the name of Jack Kuykendall has a swing method called Lever Power Golf that is flopping. He sees the success a company called Natural Golf he started and no longer has affiliation with having success he wasn't able to achieve with it. His motive is to strike back and hopefully ruin them. That's why he's asking others to bring law suits. When all the golf mags start printing articles about the law suits NG has pending against it its reputation will be tarnished and Kuyendall can claim his victory. I have experience in the business world and know how this stuff works.

>since I'm not stupid
>enough to have bought any of these sticks, that leaves
>me out!

But you were stupid enough to waste your money on every golf method you saw advertised thinking you could buy a swing today and be a scratch golfer tomorrow.
