Lacking any original thought and not wanting to rely on Jack K's invention anymore, NG has now ripped off Ernest Jones's STC and is trying to foist this off as the "New" NG swing.

Unfortunately a pendulum like swing, that STC is, requires one to hold the club in a neutral Vardon grip (as taught by Jones) for it to be anywhere reliable. A Palm grip and SA setup works against the STC theory, because the strong trail hand grip inhibits the the free hinging of the wrists.

Nice try, no cigar!
