How many average NG students have you seen?

Just wondering how you came to your conclusion that you state as fact.

I have never seen anybody hit the ball with their backswing, but what separates the tour players from the hacks is the amount of angle retained between the shaft of the club and left arm prior to impact. The pros and Moe retain the angle much longer in the downswing then the everyday hacker, regardless of CG or NG. The problem is the downswing not the backswing!

I believe that the only flaw in Moe's swing is his backswing going under the plane starting out, but it works for him because he pulls so hard with his left side and arm that he gets the club back on plane and retains the angle until just before impact. For a right hand dominant person to correct this way is almost impossible in my experience.

When you make a post, please post that it is your opinion and not a fact.
