>Born and raised in Chicago Illinois.

Like Al Capone, Bugsy Morand, and a lot of other hoodlums. Are you just ripping on the NG company till they agree to pay you off your protection money?

>Joined the Marines

Like Tim McVey. He blows up federal buildings and you blow your mouth.

>in 1964, did a tour of Combat duty
>in Viet Nam from 65-66 as a Combat Engineer (and no we
>didn't study physics, just C4 explosives!)

So, you could have been a great help to your fellow Jughead, McVey. Believe me, we WERE NOT wondering if you studied physics. It is very evident you didn't.

>Was

>eardrums blown out!

Ca' mon. There is a difference between not hearing and not listening. Your handicap is the later.

>Honorably discharged from the Marines as a Sergeant in
>1968, joined the Chicago Police Dept three months

With blown eardrums? They don't hire the physically deficient due to insurance problems. Either you didn't have blown eardrums and lied about that, or you lied your way in.

I guess you joined just in time to beat up the citizens and students protesting the war, huh. Was that you swinging your nightstick in the TV news footage we all saw and were ashamed of?

>Promoted to Detective in 1977,

Guess you learned how to get along with all the other cops on the take.

> worked 23 years in Robbery/Homicide,

And now there are so many false convictions being challenged with DNA evidence in IL and particularly the Chicago area that the Governor has put the death penalty on hold.

>during that time did work as a Robery decoy,
>where I would go into high crime areas
>and act as a drunk (had plenty of off duty experience)
>and get mugged.

- One would think you would have learned how to spell "Robbery" in 23 years. -

So now you are an alcoholic cop. Just what we need. How many DUI's and Public Intoxications did you get out of because of the blue wall of silence?

>I have the distinction being the most prolific decoy
>in the history of the Chicago Police Dept. having been
>robbed over 500 times.

You should have been out working on real citizen's crimes instead of trying to create a situation where another crime would occur. No wonder the real citizen's don't ever get their property back. You are too busy trying to give criminals easy pickings so you can let them take yet another step down the wrong path and encourage them to break yet another law.

>I'm profiled in the book "What Cops Know"

Probably a VERY short read.

>In addition to that I have a Master's Degree in
>Criminology from Lewis University 1981.

Where? Never heard of it. Not exactly a Harvad, huh? Is that a city college? I wonder if they are even accredited.

>I was the President of the Chicago Police Detectives
>Association from 1997 till 2000.

So, you did learn to get along with all the bad apples taking the graft.

>There, that's the sot of human being you're dealing
>with,

BOY! You sure have a lot to be proud of. Beat your chest some more.

Oh, you did.

>P.S. Oh, I forget, I also "lettered" in Football while
>in H.S. ;)

We all know the local high school football team is a bastion of knowledge. You and Al Bundy, hinging on to your high school day in the sun.
