This is one of the reasons that I thought your student was hitting his shots to the left, because relative to your shots which I considered straight, he was certainly left.
Sorry, about that, no disrespect intended.

Well, yes you are adding something, but maybe you
are getting something too. Straightening my left arm gives
me an easy ignition move. The bending of my left elbow allows me to retain my balance better and make my weight shift automatic as it causes a downward and lateral move which is a reaction to the arm swing. Also, I hit the ball a little further. But this is me. That's why I suggested Chaz try it. My move may not be universally applicable.
If you like fooling around you might want to experiment with it. It may be that the bending of the left elbow is universally applicable. Jack seems to think it is.
However, I liked your tape very much and have come to many of the same conclusions that you have regarding the SA or Ng swing.
